New Doctor is going from a woman, to a gay black guy.

1. It's in Disney now, so they're calling the new season "1" even though it's really "15."
2. The woman doctor with the terrible showrunner s gone. I didn't watch more than 5 episodes of her multiple seasons, because the writing was terribad.
3. However, she died and regenerated back into David Tennant in time for the Xmas episode, with a new writer. So we just watched episode 1/3 of that.
4. Transgender representation and conversation was awkwardly thick. Someone actually paused a battle to ask the "did you just assume their pronouns?" Conversation.
So.
I want to like it.
But I don't go to church because I don't like being preached.
And there was a lot more than that.
I'm conflicted.
