Ya, I don't think someone trying to push you out of a tent is a life threatening situation where you need to kill the person. If I'm standing in front of your car door, and I don't want to move out of your way, so you push me. I can kill you now?TheCatt wrote: Wed Apr 16, 2025 10:38 pminitator is the aggressor. He brought a knife to a high school track meet. But yeah, the victim is to blame because he didn't bend the knee.

And that would make it premeditated. However, that's complete bullshit made up to paint Anthony as the victim. They did not attend the same school.GORDON wrote: Wed Apr 16, 2025 10:00 pm I've heard conflicting stories that the kid was bullied by the ones he stabbed, and this was his way of fighting back
Cue was correct in that instance, but yeah, both could work.
When Catt keeps it real:
"I wish I could tell you TheCatt fought the good fight, and the sisters let him be... but prison is no fairytale world"
Catt in the army:
And jokes aside, anyone with a shred of training in weapons or combat has been taught that violence is the last option. Someone touching you is not "a go" for that option. Plus, I believe you're trolling, because nobody with a shred of common sense would risk their life or the lives of their loved ones over such a bullshit, macho stance.

Someone should try and make him leave and see what happens.

Yeah, turns out he was there illegally, as opposed to just being in someone's perception of the wrong place.
It's not me, it's someone else.

But was he armed? Did he leave when politely asked or did he refuse and threaten anyone who tried to move him? Did he clearly plan an altercation hoping he'd get a chance to hurt someone?

It's getting hard reading Catt defend this. . .
Being physically moved by another person is not a life threatening event. I have yet to read anything more than the kid tried to move him. You can't kill someone simply because they touch you or grab you.
Imminent life threatening or rape are the only two things that allow you to kill someone. I have yet to read anything about the kid trying to kill or rape anyone.
I mean seriously. This is all it takes to be able to kill someone? Stand in their way until they try to move you and then you are allowed to kill them?

Guess yall didn't grow up on the streets. At any rate, yes, once you violate someone's rights, you lose.

Yeah, "the streets" definitely taught you to be passive and call the police during an extremely minor situation.
And coincidentally, I saw a video on a Russian(?) YouTube channel last night that perfectly fit this joke. However, it got removed there for rights violation, so I had to Google Lens an image and find another copy. All that was a way to tell you that I don't have the perfect setup line for this joke, but this is the video that came to mind with Catt discussing the streets.
The law not only says you're wrong, but depending on the state, Metcalf may have been legally within his rights to defend himself from the threat. Yes, you can legally throw the first punch if you feel your life is threatened.TheCatt wrote: Fri Apr 18, 2025 8:48 am At any rate, yes, once you violate someone's rights, you lose.
Now here on good Friday, let me share some wisdom from Friday. Let's encourage the world below, not Karmelo's. That Karmelo one won't be good for our kids or grandkids.
