Yeah, saw that this morning. Like Minnesota setting of the fireworks when they missed the game-winning FG against UNC.

Man. Does that ever prove that someone needs to be in the right system to succeed or what?

It's got to be over for McCarthy now right?

I have heard rumors (mostly clickbait and wishful thinking) that Jerry's going to try and steal Tomlin away from the Steelers.

Speaking of...

Tomlin's talking, so the Steelers must be losing.

Rivera and Rex Ryan interviewing for Jets job.

Honestly, Rex might not be a bad hire. He's got experience, would get their D playing correctly ASAP, and should have learned some lessons. The question becomes who the QB is...who can they get in the offseason? Trade up in the draft? I don't think there are big name free agents? Trade for JJ?

They need a "now" guy and they need a QB. Feels like they have everything else in place, except for more O line help.

Hey, did you know why the Jets passed on Jerry Jeudy during the last offseason? Because Woody Johnson's sons informed him that Jeudy's Madden ratings were too low. True story. Don't all Super Bowl winning franchises get players based on Madden ratings?

Congrats! My team self-destructed, and I have 11 players out at the moment.

Congrats Stranger.

Burrow was a great pickup for you because he's a second half QB. Also, Montgomery going down meant Gibbs became the lead back in a high powered O.

Fantasy is half strategy and half luck. You should probably tip your commissioner for running such a great league. :D

I dominated the regular season in my two primary leagues and then fell apart in the final weeks. Injuries, bad matchups, etc.

The week after my bye in our league all of my players faced red Ds. Literally, right down the lineup. Meanwhile, my opponent faced greens right down his lineup. I was fucked before the first snap.

Annie Agar just made me a lifelong fan. In her latest she says of Tomlin:
Get 9 win Hugh Jackson out of here.

Oooops.

Also, the Steelers beat the Commanders + Ravens back-to-back, then the season imploded.

!RmindMe 1/6/2025

Aside from Leisher being oddly bullish on the Commanders, not a lot of divergence.
I wanted to see how you guys did, so I dug that up.

Woot!

I also won some cash yesterday betting on the Bengals moneyline.

Schefter says some teams are considering making trade offers for Tomlin.

The far left Rooney won't do it because Tomlin's black, but both the Steelers and Tomlin need a change.

Let Tomlin go to a new team with a fresh start.

Meanwhile, they can offer Ben Johnson a chance to come in and rebuild Fields.

Bears bail out Commanders with last-second FG, then Commanders score a last second TD to double-seal it.
