40% of the league is already out, thanks Patriots! (I don't know who picked the Giants, but - really?)Stranger wrote: Tue Sep 03, 2024 2:08 pm If anyone is interested in getting in a NFL survivor pick league, i'm trying to put one together. I was thinking $10 per entry and Website fee would be right around $1 depending on how many people sign up. 1 pick per week, you lose the game you're out. No repicking the same teams twice.
Here's the link to sign up: https://www.runyourpool.com/p/j/4e8ea10 ... 6da20b3b20
No need for money at this time, i wanna see how many people sign up before committing.
There is an APP for it too, RunYourPool

That is such an all in for mediocrity that I expect they'll hire Tomlin next.TheCatt wrote: Sun Sep 08, 2024 11:25 am Cowboys commit to not winning Super Bowl over the next 4 years: $240M for Dak.
Speaking of the genius, Steelers were up 15-10 with like 4 minutes left. It was 4th and 2 at the Falcons 6. He went for it. Fucking WHY?!? Later he ended up getting that FG with 40 seconds left.
Also, they have no idea how to use Fields yet. Although, our O line is a disaster right now, so perhaps that plays into it.
Leave it to Cincy to fail as the biggest favorites in the league this week.
I should have bet on Bryce Young continuing to be absolutely awful.

All I know is that Baker is better than Watson.
Unless McCaffrey, who is questionable, goes off for 46, I should win in Stranger and my league. I lost in a work one due to the Detroit OT. And won in another one with the kids in the family for no money.

BTW, those people throwing shade on TJ Watt's career can shut the fuck up forever. The dude is an absolute force.

There was a narrative going on over the summer in various NFL corners that TJ Watt wasn't deserving of his laurels. It was very much a "raise our guy up by shitting on someone else" argument.
As for Cleveland, I root for Stranger to get his SB victory lap, but fuck Deshawn Watson. He's human garbage.
Was Brady that bad? I didn't listen as I was watching Red Zone all day.

I did a 4-game multicast, and he was one of the games, and he was that awful. Even his opening statement was stutter-filled crap. It felt like he just showed up in the booth and expected to be great.Leisher wrote: Mon Sep 09, 2024 5:13 pm Was Brady that bad? I didn't listen as I was watching Red Zone all day.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy and increases the odds he returns to the field this year.TheCatt wrote: Mon Sep 09, 2024 5:52 pm I did a 4-game multicast, and he was one of the games, and he was that awful. Stop me if you've heard this before...New lawsuit accuses Watson of sexual assault.

Rodgers to Wilson might be a new cheat code. I swear Rodgers had an evil smile on his face after the second straight play and completion that said, "Yeah, nobody can cover this guy."
