Tier5

No red or black. I'm down for PvP, but I'm not down for donating a bunch of gear to random people because my skills (in game and IRL) aren't honed yet. I would practice PvP in yellow first. I don't feel like bow is a good solo PvP skill either.

I can't really do anything in red/black. I can't get the additional level resources. So what's the point?

I think the 2v2 Hellgates are a good safe place to practice PvP skills. Too bad there isn't a 3v3 version of it, there is 5v5 though..

Yeah, if you can't gather the resources then i can see what you're saying. But if your' looking to get better fame then the red zones will give increased gains.

Gotcha. Maybe I'll dip my toes. It's not like I can't afford to replace my gear.

Right now, I'm focusing on improving my farming, and my plate + Claymore for combat. Need to lower the focus I need for growing stuff.

I went ahead and did multiple farm plots since it takes FOREVER to improve things in this case, figure I may as well farm as much early as I can.

Down to 400 gold though

My merc laborers are at 115% happiness. That gives each one a 15% chance that they will come back with double the silver reward. I heard, that if you have accessories (trophies, beds, etc) that are one tier higher than your laborers, you can achieve 150% happiness.

According to this website, I need to work on cabbage.
...For a grand total profit of 659,634 silver!
Let's see if it really works.

Farming seems to be very easy.

1) Grow carrots. Until you hit level 10.

2) Grow cabbage. Use focus as much as you can.

Looks like with cabbage you can expect 200k per farm plot per 22 hours, +/-.

17M silver / 200k = 85 / 3 = 28. So with 3 plots you could pay for premium.

Once I get my cabbage farm going, I'll be more red/black interested. If I can really get 500k silver per day without much effort, then I can lose up to 500k silver of stuff a day without issue.

Something I've been missing - you know that key on the right side of the screen? You fill it each day for a "bonus". You have to actually open the key interface and collect that reward.

Buy seeds
Place them
Water them
Profit?

No other steps?

Yeah, pretty important step there :) Were you getting the 50k keys towards the bigger chests without collecting it?

Literally, yes. I mean, you have to "build the farm" (iirc) but that's T1 resources you can get on the island.

Just planted my first cabbage seeds. Level 22 farmer already, focus cost is down to 859.

Ya, had already bought, planted, and watered, and it just seemed so . . . basic? compared to everything else in the game, I figured I had forgotten a step. I mean, you have to feed smelters wheat soup. And when farming turned out to be planting and watering, I figured I might be missing something.

I wasn't premium, so the only thing I was missing was the daily tome.

Yeah. Farming first, then dealing with these workers had me like "wtf?" Why is farming 100x easier?

We are building a Smelter, Weaver, and Lumbermill on the guild island. Will be tech 4. They aren't fed or anything. I don't know enough about this stuff to know how to use them. So if you know how to use them, they are there.

No idea, but will try to read up on how to feed those people. I have a lot of stone if that's needed. I think. And wood.

Hardly anything goes in. 25 wood, 3 stone, 150 blocks of each tier.

I'd just say, learn them before using them. If they need food for better yields or something. Also, everything is set to 0. Cost to use, and food reward? It suggests we set a silver reward for food or something. Is that paying people to feed it? Don't know. . . But they are there! Let us know if they need anything to be better.
