This makes me curious about the one done near us. I haven't driven by it since it was done. It stuck out like a sore thumb. Think I'll do a drive by and visit it this week.

We looked at being on Love it or List it since they film in our area. Basically, they pay half your renovations. But, they have to make it work for the production schedule. They'll gloss over things that aren't really done, etc. Lots of complaints. Also, the showings can even be fake, houses that aren't even on the market.
