Finally watched it on regular TV last night.
It was decent. Thanos did an amazing young K impression. I don't know why I though I'd heard it sucked. I don't think it sucked.

Nah it was ok. 2 was redundant, but was def another MiB movie. 3 had the job of wrapping it up, so at least it had a point.
