Also McG.
A worthy sequel to a good flick. No one believes the kid from the first film.... somehow all the dead bodies were cleaned up before the cops got there. So everyone thinks he's crazy....
Until hilarity again ensues.
It is a very worthy sequel.... I'd call it a great sequel.... in a manic movie, the only part that felt dumb to me was a fight near the end that literally copies a Scott Pilgrim (movie) fight.
Very worth watching.

The Babysitter 2 - Killer Queen (2020)
Watched both back to back tonight. The first was better than I even remembered. I kept getting this film confused with the babysitter film set at Christmas that came out around the same time.
Loved this sequel and all the songs they used from popular 80s flicks. It did get a bit silly, and I would have preferred more of the villains as they made both movies. Maybe less time at the school and more time at the lake?
Max (Robbie Arnell), John (Andrew Bachelor), and Allison (Bella Thorne) were hilarious. John and Allison were given more time to shine, while Max got me to laugh every time he was on screen. When he was in the diner shirtless with the name tag. HA! I don't mean to diss Hana Mae Lee, but her character had better stuff in the original. (Speaking of that, where the fuck do they live where they have tarantulas in their basement?)
I was disappointed that they didn't bring the bullies back though.
I will be so bummed if this whole cast isn't back for the final film. And I mean everyone, even Carl McDowell, the school nurse.
It's rare that you get a hilarious feel good, horror trilogy...
My only critical note would be Samara Weaving's face looked a bit gaunt here. Hope that's not indicative of anything.

The lake suggests the southwest, and there would be tarantulas.
