Palm Springs (2020)

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Palm Springs (2020)

Hulu Exclusive

Andy Samberg, who is rapidly earning "this will be good because he's in it" status, stars as a man trapped at a wedding. That's an extremely vague sentence because I want to protect the real plot from anyone who doesn't like spoilers.

I will say that this is a romantic comedy, with far more adult humor than another very famous movie with the same type of concept.

Cristin Milioti plays the love interest and she's absolutely adorable. Her and Samberg have phenomenal chemistry.

JK Simmons is also here.

There's some deep shit thrown about in this movie too, which is funny. You'd think the other, much more famous, movie would have really looked into the deep shit here, but they never did. There's some legit life questions here that could spark lots of conversation.

Loved it and didn't want it to end.

Finally watched it. Agree with Leisher, fabulous movie.

I still prefer the other more famous movie that we're not naming because Leisher had a stroke and probably forgot it's name. But this was an excellent update on the concept, that also expanded the territory it covered philosophically.
