No, that's way too elaborate. Just a commercial where he answers a twitter question, "We're in a heat wave, why are you wearing hoodies?" And he goes into a condescending response about being indoors, and having air conditioning. A combination of smarmy, arrogant, and absolutely worst of all, not funny.
Then hear that commercial 27 times while your remodeling your living room and comedy central is on as background noise. I'm glad his ratings are bad.
