U.S. now has tactical nukes.
Apparently, other nations have had them for a while, and they had a strategy in mind that they could use them against the U.S. in a limited strike. The thinking was that the U.S. wouldn't retaliate with our arsenal of massive nukes because it would be too much of a retaliation.
The U.S. having tactical nukes eliminates that assumption, and eliminates that strategy for other countries.
Let's hope nobody briefed Trump on these nukes or he might drop one on Pelosi.
