I would call the ripoff the "Copy Cat".

I always thought trademarking a shape like that was a retarded idea in practice, although not principle.

I dont care about extra "fingers." If it isn't the original recipe and flavor... at least with premium ingredients... then it doesn't count. I also don't count the "White Choclate" and other bullshit flavors they release sometimes as "Pure."
