It's the apocalypse and a girl survives with her brother and mother. I guess they are hiding from a plague of some kind, but we're never shown it. Not once. Instead, we see different groups of humans and what they've become.
Eventually, the girl goes off with a guy who stumbles upon her home. However, all is not as it seems with the fellow. (Not as sinister as it sounds.)
It's pretty slow and lots of chatting that doesn't really go anywhere. I see people claiming this is a religious movie, and I get that, but it is NOT a Christian movie. It could be defined as being more about faith in general, but how faith becomes warped in times of crisis.
