Keira Knightly is in a group of friends with her boyfriend. Thing is, while she loves her BF, she doesn't fit with the group. After an incident she takes a week long break from the group and meets high schooler Chloe Grace Morentz and decides to hang out with her despite the objections of Sam Rockwell, Chloe's divorce lawyer dad.
Is there such a genre as DraRomCom? That's where this would fall. It's not a "by the numbers" movie, but it IS a "by the numbers" movie.
It's not a bad film, but unless you're a single woman, like Gordon, or a woman going through some romantic choices, it probably isn't for you.
