People playing videos or games or phone calls on their phone in public places without using headphones.

Seeing a lot of that lately.

Dude... Like three days ago waiting for a haircut. Trashy mom and trashy son, one playing Jerry Springer, the other some sport, both maxed volume.

Some douche had a Bluetooth speaker on the trail, today. I made sure when he was in earshot to teach Will a life lesson:. "People who want to share their music with others almost always have shitty taste in music."

Yeah. The older I get the more I just want a big farm of land. Not cuz I love land, but I just want as much distance between me and other people as I can get.

At the moment, though, I cannot live without super fast internet, since my job requires that I have it. But I'm hoping that that's not much of an issue within 5 to 10 years, either due to technology or retirement.

The slow Internet took some getting used to.
