Cop killed by guy with 111-114 adult offenses on his record, yet not in jail.
The offender is 29 years old. Over 100 criminal offenses in a decade. Clearly he shouldn't be locked up because he's obviously going to be a productive member of society, right? Bleeding hearts will never admit it, but someone like this would serve society FAR more if they were given two bullets to the back of the head to keep them out of the gene pool and away from actual humans.

Still drove. He wasn't legally allowed, but he didn't give a fuck and they couldn't really punish him.
