I think it was better than the 30% RT score implies. I wonder if the reviewers didn't "get it."
I'd give it a 75%. Felt like it ended a bit abruptly.... it ended at a logical point, but I'd like to have seen more.

I agree completely. MUCH better than the 30%, but I'd probably put it in the 60% range. Too many cliche "I'm dead, nope I'm alive" moments. And the last 20 minutes were a bit too perfect.
Acting was top notch though, and the story was solid until the walking exposition shows up. That's when it gets a bit dumb.
I do think they should have extended his solo time though. Make it a bit longer to garner more sympathy.
Quoting myself because this is a better comment than I realized at the time. She spends a good portion of this movie naked or dressed in sexy outfits. Her entire purpose is that of a sex symbol. There was a suggestion and long video supporting it.... that it would have been a much better movie if it had started when JLaw woke up, and then the movie becomes a "Why is he so creepy?" movie, because we wouldn't have seen all the back story of him being lovable and goofy as he slowly went crazy.

Agreed. I think it would have made the movie worse. This was a romance, not a horror movie.
I like how the movie played out. I don't like how he was woken up as it was just a plot device with no rhyme nor reason, but whatever.
