About 12 foot. He's pretty big, but people are freaking out about this thing. The perspective makes it look a bit bigger than it is. You see the people lined up behind it taking pictures and look at the width of the area of cut grass and it's about 4 feet wide. But move forward to where the gator is and it makes it look larger. Plus he's bowed up to get his belly off the ground. Just makes him look really huge.
