Isla Fisher was replaced here by Lizzy Caplan. Everyone else returns.
The four horsemen are back and still led by Ruffalo. This time their target is some phone tech company who plans to steal the world's private data. However, they're soon in the dark as old rivals begin to turn the tables on them.
If you liked the first and believe people can be hypnotized can saying one sentence to them then this will entertain you. I found it to be very meh. Magic takes a LOT of setup and prep. Way too much for these people to pull off in the time frame they do.
There is a scene where they're flipping around a playing card without anyone noticing that might be the most unrealistic scene I've seen in a movie this year.

“Activism is a way for useless people to feel important, even if the consequences of their activism are counterproductive for those they claim to be helping and damaging to the fabric of society as a whole.” - Dr Thomas Sowell
