5 day after election articles

Fortunately, none of them involve lawsuits of hanging chads.

I saw an article yesterday that said early voting numbers showed them way closer than expected.

Trump getting ass kicked in Florida early voting.
“This is in all reality a landslide in our great state,” Tyson wrote, echoing the concerns of numerous Florida Republican insiders and experts. “Based on his consistent failure to improve his standing with non-white voters, voters under 50 and females, it seems fairly obvious to us that Mr. Trump’s only hope left in Florida is a low turnout.”
...
By that point, the Trump campaign had realized it wasn’t actively calling and mailing absentee ballot voters to get them to mail their votes in. The campaign quickly instituted what’s called a “chase” program to pressure voters to fill out their ballots and send them in.

Little glitches like that make longtime Trump supporter and past political adviser Roger Stone, who lives in Florida, fret. He blamed most of the campaign problems on the Trump campaign leadership in New York. He said the campaign didn’t give enough money and flexibility to its former Florida director Karen Giorno — who was moved in a campaign shakeup — or to its current Florida campaign chief, Susie Wiles, who managed Gov. Rick Scott’s 2010 campaign.

Tried to early vote. Massive line, gave up. Lots of people I know have waited an hour or more to vote already.

Watch out for the machines changing Trump votes to Hillary some more.

Heyo.

Doesn't matter than it was demonstrated to be screwing up?

I guess I'm between Catt and Gordo on this one. If you select party ticket and hit submit without double checking, that's kind of like just selecting the first suggested word from spell check when writing something. You need to verify it's doing what you want.

Hey... don't mistake my post for thinking I give a fuck. I read interesting things, I pass them on. I don't have an opinion. I didn't go there personally and verify.

But am I surprised? Not really. Y'all know it already fits my preconceived notions about dishonestly in the voting process.

I've read about a couple of instances. One was completely user error, the other was a calibration error (the touch software mis-registering).

It took how much cash and time to set up a fucking website? I'd like to believe state gov't is more competent. I'd also like a cyborg unicorn wizard.

Those things are calibrated by barely-trained volunteer poll workers. Calibration error is just another type of user error.

I read that by law they are required to provide paper ballots when requested, and they did not do so. Was that accurate?

Libertarian John Stossel wrote an opinion piece on this election. A couple of interesting tidbits showing how people are deceived by the MSM. (Both ways.)

Always amusing when they find some on the other side.

I'll just go ahead and say IT DOESNT HAPPEN! USER ERROR!
