Two 10 year old kids steal a cop car. Bad enough, but what's worse is it belongs to a dirty cop and there's something in the trunk.
I heard people raving about this movie, and it's good, but not great.
The story covers only a few hours. Nothing prior, nothing post. So don't expect to see explanations for why anything is happening. Also, I want to say this movie is set in the 70s or early 80s because a lot of the story relies upon technology and habits of that era.
The kids are pretty unlikable. Their dialogue is clearly written by an adult and their performances are coached and forced. They are the worst part of this movie.
Kevin Bacon is pretty good as always.
This gave me a "No Country For Old Men" vibe. It's entertaining, but has flaws.
