Well. Does Google have a business presence in The Netherlands? If not they should probably just ignore the court's directives. If so they need to decide if the business they have there is worth enough for them to abandon their privacy protections. If not then just block all Netherlands IP addresses from accessing their services and call it a day.

The problem is that "patently unlawful" only applies to certain backwards countries that don't have real freedom of speech.
