The settlement applies to those who have used LinkedIn’s Add Connections feature—where every “add” click leads to an email—between September 17, 2011, to October 31, 2014.

Wait, what? That's exactly ass-backwards. The settlement should apply to the victims - like myself - that have been the ones who keep getting the damn spam emails, not the idiots clicking the "add" link and thus causing the spam. WTF?
