On the following page, there is a sentence about the restrictions placed on water balloons.

It's okay, because now the Boy Scouts that want to be men can join the Girl Scouts. Or something. It's all very confused.

I'm trying to talk our little cub scout clique to just quit the organization and just do our own stuff, which we all do together, anyway. There's lots of childish drama that goes along with being part of the official group, and our clique are the ones who organize and do all the fun stuff with our pack, anyway.

You can still get the patches and shop at the little scout club can't you? I'd just do your own thing.

The only thing that really stops me for pushing hard to quit is that I know a lot of the other boys get something out of the activities we plan, even if their parents are childish and/or shitheads.
