No, there's no way any reasonable person would have thought a lack of sex ed could possibly lead to a spread of STDs.

If you don't teach them to have sex then they won't have sex and thus can't spread STDs. Logical necessity.

No, I meant no one could've predicted it because evidently no one around there knows what STDs are.
