Dr. Oz responds to criticism.
According to the surgeon, he's been told by doctors that patients often ask questions and bring up topics Dr. Oz has discussed on his show.

I'm sure jury members bring up CSI shit to the judge and lawyers all the time. Doesn't mean it has one goddamned thing to do with real forensic shit.
