Overall a terrible film. The worst in the series by far.
Everything was essentially shit, although the "Dante the Great" segment had a really interesting concept. It's about a failed magician who finds a cloak that Harry Houdini once held, but was too scared to keep it.
The cloak turns the guy into a real magician, meaning no illusions. There are some cool moments in this one, despite the bad acting.
But again, everything else is shit. Complete and utter dog shit.
