TIE Fighter

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

That was fun. I amused myself being able to identify the different weird ships by name since I played so much of the game 20 years ago.

You get through the, what was it, two or three bonus storylines?

I remember I played through once and ended up the military careerist, and once I did the secret missions for the emperor and ended up on his secret cabal, or whatever it was. I don't think I remember a 3rd storyline.

I think there were six "tours" = storylines in the original. Each tour had a number of missions around a common theme. Your status in the Emperor's secret handshake club is dependent upon your finishing secondary (and I think maybe secret) mission objectives. Bitch was you could only see the secret objectives in the simulator, and you couldn't sim a mission until after you did it for realsies. Nice replay trick.

I want to say there were three expansion tours that came with the collector's edition. One of the expansion tours tied into the sixth tour. I think every Admiral except Thrawn turned traitor by the end.

That looks like a bitch-ass B-1 frigate. Get a B-2.

Yeah, I was going to say... a Nubulon-B?

And I saw the Interdictor (sp?) cruiser in that movie. About the only thing missing was that Gunboat. I actually forget the name of it.

I saw lots of concussion missiles, too.
