Parks & Recreation - Yay! Netflix.

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

This show is The Office except in a Parks Department of a small town in Indiana.

Literally.

There is even an actress from The Office in it.

Season 1 was was a half-season and... ehhh.... but I finished S2 on my cell phone while at Disney... the show really picked up. Then what do I see when I checked Netflix at home, today? They added season 3 the day after I finished season 2. Yay.

So this show is worth watching.

I liked Parks and Rec from day one. Leisher listed it as one of the shows that no one watched and shouldn't be watched. He was wrong. :-) Lots of good characters on it.

It still doesn't have good ratings, and honestly, the first few episodes were terrible.

Well, ratings don't matter, imho.

At any rate, I agree with Leisher, it wasn't very good at first. The only reason I kept watching is was that I was spending a lot of my working out on my stationary bike, and so I was watching 1-2 episodes of TV a day on the bike, which required a lot of tv...

I do sort of dislike the subtle jabs about Ron being a libertarian.

I was laughing most of the way through S3E2, the one where they have the flu.

I still laugh thinking about Rob Lowe staring at himself in the mirror, and demanding of himself that he "STOP....POOPING..."

Good series, I've enjoyed it. And just when I thought it was starting to get a bit weak lately, tonight they delivered the best ending to an episode they've ever done.

Anyone else still watching?

Is it just me, or are they suddenly showing a lot more Andy in this new season? Wonder why that would be.

He did kind of eclipse everyone else and become a giant movie star. I bet that's kind of weird on set.

Ok, I don't think that was the end of the show yet. I try to avoid spoilers so it is hard to research.
