Apple getting sued for OS updates

You didn't need that space, though, did you?
The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in California. It claims that Apple “fails to disclose” to consumers that some 23.1 percent of the advertises storage space on 8 GB and 16 GB devices gets consumed when upgrading to iOS 8.

Weird. Almost like a forced upgrade... wonder why they do that.

Since the new OS has been released, our organization has seen a massive surge in the number of iPhone 4Ss that have been randomly failing.
