I just know they're going to CGI thing thing all to hell.

They's still get my money if they do release it. The only way I'd not pay to see another Predator movie is if it stars Danny Glover.

Wait! That's it! They should redo #2!
Pretend #2 never happened and do that one again.

I don't see why any of them need to be REmade. There's no more unconnected Predator stories to tell?

How about a story told from the Predator's point of view? Now THAT'S a genius idea.

No problem! See, what we do is we make the Predator into some sort of marine sort of guy, maybe played by The Rock, and he can command a squad of these Predators to infiltrate and destroy a martian base that's been taken over by hellish beasts. And we have thesre really HUGE guns for them to find around the complex!

All is takes is one half-assed attempt to make the story from the villain's point of view to taint the series forever. I'm not willing to take that chance on most crews & casts.

I had in mind the excellence of the "Tie Fighter" video game? Remember the original "OMG YOU GET TO FLY FOR THE BAD GUYS!" feel it had?

Additionally, the AvP2 game had good chapters for the Marine, alien, and predator........ so a smart director could pull it off.

And there you have the reason it wont happen.
