So my former Military Compadres

Trailer looked like Three Kings, which I personally liked. And, *gasp,* there are a lot of games played in the military. *shock*
Full Metal Jacket was supposed to be an anti-military movie, but Marines LOVE it. There was a copy of the VHS in the company duty hut, for those 24 hour duty shifts. Marines love what lefties despise, whatever that means.

Gee, & you call me bitter.
Nah, just stating the truth. They pretty much try to bash the military every chance they get. They portray them as monsters, rapists, murderers, etc. They forget their accomplishments. They forget that they have freedom because people fought for it. They forget that millions of deaths were PREVENTED because of our military.
Then they turn around and say they support the troops.
Bullshit.

You can't possibly be saying Hollywood hasn't made pro-military flicks in the relatively recent past.
I've re-read my comments a few times and can't even figure out how you could possibly think I was even implying such a thing.

You must be involved in the production of this film since you're the king of pre-judging things.
I statment meant two things:
1. I want to see it.
2. It will more than likely have a negative slant to it towards the military.
You show me the crime in believing it to be possible that the VERY liberal Hollywood types would make a movie that has some negative message towards our military. Particularly since the majority of movies involving the military that have come out of Hollywood have painted the military in a bad light. Or at least some aspect of the military.
I don't know that a Great White shark would hurt or kill me, but I'm not about to go swimming when I see one.
