And the next one is. Any predictions? Her name is Crystal Bowersocks. Any other questions? Has barely been featured on the show. She lives in Elliston, Oh. About 8 miles from here. She has played places like the Crazy Lady Saloon in downtown Curtice, Oh. She won the singles competition of the Toledo Rib Off last year. Watch for her coming up in the competition. Moves on to the finale 24 tomorrow. Vote for a winner. A small town girl with a big mother. Farmer Kelly.

Yep finale 24. She isn't the flashest car on the lot being a farm girl but she sings her heart out. Or as Simon was heard saying offset she is infectious(Not from farm animals) the more he hears her the more he wants to hear more.

Chrystal goes to the top 12 tonight. We are taking bets. Her mom will be the one in the farmers overhauls in the crowd. That is my bet. Her mom in anything but would be scary.

Top 11. Simon put words in her mouth and she told him. She never said she was going to win. She is a hippy, plain laid back and just happy to have made it so far. He said it was hers to lose. Either way she has made it big time already.
If she makes it she may be a star that is genuine. The only drug she uses is an insolin machine. No needles. Reminds of a young Janice Joplin. Can see her family driving her over the edge.

She is in the top 10. Cracked me up Tuesday when she had Seacrest sit on her favorite performing rug with her hippy style. I guess it is like a rabbits foot for her and makes her feel at home. Fine line between a diva and an individual. She is an individual and Hollywood be damned. I think she can keep that attitude even with fame. Or she reminds me of Janice Joplin.

In the top 3. Had a parade for her downtown Toledo at noon. This afternoon she sang for 10,000+ at the Ottawa county fairgrounds. Tonight she sings the National Anthem at the Mud Hens(Tigers farm team) game downtown Toledo.
You guys will hate her she is a down home farm Christian hippy girl. To me she is cool. The her church has already raised thousands of dollars for juvenile diabetes because of her. She is a diabetic.

Crystal should have won according to all the "experts", but based on Idol history, she'll have the bigger career than the winner, and be richer faster.

Only two Idol winners have ever become anything: Kelly Clarkson and that blond country chick.

Other than that, the biggest names have been runner ups and other top 10 folks.

Hell, look at last year's final two. The runner up has a top 10 hit and is in tabloids, the winner is a ghost that didn't even make last night's show.
