I grow tired of my overly manual approach to keeping a budget. Is there anything that'll let me, through combo of Android app and Winblows software:

1) (preferably) use my smartphone or USB device to process receipts by line item or allow me to enter info myself
2) store said info in the goddamn cloud OR (preferably) e-mail me the details in a regular, parser-friendly format
3) plug into Winblows software to let me analyze, categorize, visualize, and archive my expenses

?

I'm even willing to pay a bit for it if the capabilities are impressive enough and meet all three points, I'd even grudgingly accept the inevitable cloudiness. I'd be willing to settle for something cheaper that does the first two. I can probably bridge the gap between 2 and 3 myself if need be, but I'd prefer to spend my programming time on other things.

I use Mint. I charge everything that I can, so it automatically connects to my accounts and assigns categories, etc. It's not perfect, but it sure beats manually tracking anything/entering receipts, etc.

Are you using just the free bits or are you paying? In other news, they appear not to support the tiny-ass credit union to which I belong. That's a significant drag because most of my transactions go through the debit/credit card for that place.

Not aware there is a Mint that costs money? So, yes, free.

Nothing but free? Sweet. Think the fact that it won't hook into my primary bank account is enough to kill it for me, though.
