Picked up a new keyboard, mouse, headset, and mouse pad for my desktop a few days ago. . . Everything was purchased after reading reviews on the best equipment for playing the FPS genre.

Sennheiser PC 350 SE: Specs

Highly recommend for the money. Sound quality is mind blowing, extremely comfortable after hours and hours of gaming, and the features are pretty cool. Has a volume dial on the right ear cup, in order to mute the mic, you just flip the mic arm 90 degree's into the upward position, 95% of the game noise is kept inside the ear cups, and they're extremely noise canceling so nobody else hears your game. Lots of very comfortable leather aswell, and works perfect for music aswell. It uses the HD 595's speaker drivers, which are music headphones. . Again, if you drop that kind of money on your headphones, these are TOTALLY worth it.

Corsair K70 series, cherry red switches:Specs

Super nice keyboard with not a whole lot of extra goofy features. . The cherry red switches make your keystrokes amazing for games where you need to rapid fire a key off, because there is absolutely no resistance when you press the keys down. comes with swappable W A S D 1 2 3 4 5 6 keys, which are red colored instead of the normal black, and are textured. You also have the option to light up only those textured keys too, which was really cool aswell.

Razer Deathadder 2013 edition:Specs

Really cool mouse, very precise and accurate compared to my old Logitech G9 mouse. Only 2 buttons on the side for custom macros, but again, this stuff was purchased with FPS's in mind so I really don't need a lot of customization, just precision. Very comfortable, slides perfect on the new pad. Highest DPI of any other mouse out there, blowing it's competition out of the water with precision for not a whole lot of bank. . MUST use it on a flat black mouse pad for best results. . .

QcK steelseries mouse pad:Specs

Picked up the mass size, 13" by 10" I believe. Flat black, worked perfect with my mouse. Durable neoprene type material and is almost completely flat on the desk so my wrist doesn't get sore anymore. Not a big deal for most, but with the type of mouse I bought, it was absolutely necessary. Again, I would recommend this to any of you hardcore FPS players.
