RIM becoming irrelevant.

Their OS is painful to use. If they don't completely redesign it, and make it appeal to consumers, while maintaining their relationship with business users, they're fucked.

I do not envy their position, but they brought this upon themselves by sitting on their hands and being arrogant about their position in the market.

Same here. I still use it just due to inertia. Eventually I'll move to Android.
