I'm sure you all have seen this page, and I've meant to post it for months now, butLeague Craftallows you to pick champions, give them runes, masteries, items, etc. and review all the stats.

Obviously a great tool for making your champion in LoL.

Put the app on my phone a long time ago and when I was on my cruise without internet I could play around with different builds.
