Who can build a secure pizza-ordering website? For cheap?

With possibly built-in credit card-transaction-taking?

For cheap?

Yeah. possibly even with deferred payment to see if the joint makes any money.

We'll make you all the free pizza you want, though.

I'll deliver anywhere for the right price.

Pizza free. Delivery isn't. FYI.

Just reverse engineer Papa John's online order entry. That'd be fine.

Papa John does have a decent order entry system.

Be sure to add the annoying magazine option to every order.

No you don't want to do that. It's a lot better when they kicked Oracle out but still a charlie foxtrot. I'm going to assume you are going to have IP in the store and not rely on the phones to get the orders to the store. Yes PJ's online system is that fucked up. I worked there in the IT department. There was some out of the box software called PizzaOrder. It had a pretty UI and you could customize it. It was a Point of Sale but they probably have an online component. If I remember it wasn't too expensive.
Wadda mean? Other people can read this?!

Hmmm. Looks like the pizzaorder.com domain has expired.

You're heading the right way for a smacked bottom and a new title.
