I use Outlook 2000 as an email client, wife uses Outlook Express.
I have a permanent server.
I'd like to set up some sort of half-ass mail server on which all the email accounts in the house will keep their mail stored on the server, rather than the client. This will make client scratch/reloads a little more streamlined when I don't need to backup email accounts.
So how do I do this?
I don't really care if it is a "proper" email server. I don't care if email is held on dtman.com until requested, the way it is now. I just want email stored on the server, and not the clients.
Might this be as easy as creating a folder on the server, and setting Outlook to keep all mail there?
(Difficulty: can't say "use a real email client like X")
