Getting kind of bored here. Any ideas for a cool project that I can work on maybe 30 minutes to an hour every few days or so?

That sounds like about the right timing for a nice solid mastrubation habit.

I decided to go with work-related stuff. I've been messing around with XML, XSL, and so forth. Last night I did some stuff with javascript and C# script nodes inside an XSL stylesheet. Tonight I derived a class from .NET's TextReader, that converts a flat-file to XML. The beauty is that this thing will stream right into an XmlTextReader object.

Whee.

I'm not a big fan of snow.

I think I'm gonna try out Ruby on Rails.

Let me know how that works for you. I've heard a whole bunch of stuff singing the praises of it. So I'm wondering if I have to learn another language or if its the language du jour.
