Because I think safety first:
-Would it be safe to load up my ferox into the badger?
-Any particular time I should head to Oipo? Like maybe after midnight so I know the stinking Euros are asleep?
Moving
My stuff is now in Oipo, although I had to go back for my Ferox and haven't made that trek yet. I'll do that run this afternoon during the games.
So far I only see that the station's Lvl 2 agent is available to me. I'm sure I'll have to do some work still until the lvl 3 agent wants to talk to me. At least this lvl 2 agent has a higher mission rating (19) then my last one (16).
So are there any areas in our hood that I should avoid? Where does our current enemy hang out?

There's some Spacelane agents just a few jumps away in Torrinos, too, if you need another option. Most of the missions out of both Oipo and Torrinos end up taking place in the systems between them anyway. So far I only see that the station's Lvl 2 agent is available to me.
