Becky (2020)

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Paul Blart fails at being a mall cop. This eventually leads to him falling in with white supremacists (who mainly kill white people in this film) and finding success as a leader there. He escapes from prison with some other Nazis, which puts him on a collision course with Jeff Winger's mixed family, but mainly his young teen daughter Becky. Becky is Kevin from Home Alone with only one slight difference: She's a fucking sociopath.

Winger just happened to buy a cabin Paul has some stash hidden at, and is visiting it that weekend. Thing is, Becky has the key to the stash and she's not giving it up.

If this premise sounds ridiculous, it's because it is, but that's the movie. No shit.

I'm not sure who this movie was made for because a child is the protagonist, she clearly has mental issues, and it's violent. It's an R movie as well. The core demographic who could identify with her isn't old enough to see it.

She's such a psycho that you start to feel bad for the Nazis as they all seem to be throwing her a bone constantly instead of easily killing her.

It's just not a good movie, but props to Kevin James for doing something WAY different than anything he's done before. He wasn't bad despite not being given anything good to work with.

It wasn't a strong film in anything besides the novel idea of a psychopathic tween, but I enjoyed it.

I was predicting every plot turn, the acting was meh, and Kevin James's character didn't make much sense.

But it had a 12 year old girl with absolutely no qualms about slaughtering mother fuckers who have it coming.

KJ near the end is trying to get in her head, "Oh no, you'll go in foster homes, who would ever want to adopt a murderer?" I yelled at the screen, "WHo would want to adopt someone willing to go on a bloody rampage for the people she loves? Yeah, I'm in."
"Be bold, and mighty forces will come to your aid."
