NGU Idle

Happened upon this FREE game in the Steam store.

It's an idle game not a clicker.

This one is different in that it's all about the numbers, it embraces that, and features lots of jokes and whatnot. It's charming and there are so many features that it doesn't get boring and it'll be a long while before ones "beats" it.

Definitely not for anyone who needs action, but it's a nice side game. Definitely has more personality and features than any other idle game I've ever seen.

That was in 2020 and I'm still playing it. Granted, the vast, vast majority of the time was logging in once a day for 90 seconds (how long it takes to do the daily stuff and be done before the autosave), but still.

I'm playing "Sadistic" level now, so I'm much closer to end game than not. Yes, this game has an actual ending.

I did want to note one thing, which is why I'm posting today, and that's the "Troll Challenge" is one of the best things I've ever encountered in all of gaming. As someone who has played hundreds of games to completion since the 1980s, I believe that's saying something.
