Wildstar a free to play MMO that was released a few years ago is giving players a free level 50 boost for those who create a new character until March 12.

Every now and again I get an MMO itch and its been a while since I've played one, might as well check it out to see what it has to offer. I was always intrigued with this game but never played it.

Ugh, I think I'm done chasing the "UO glory days" dragon.

Ehh.. I don't expect to find another great MMO anytime soon, but they can be a fun distraction for a while.

I paid for this one when it came out. Didn't last even to level 20 before I was so bored I quit. It was sort of like a combination of WoW and Guild Wars 2 but less interesting.

Let me know if it's worth checking out again.

I get the MMO itch all the time as well, but Malcolm's right (first time for everything) about it being a quest to relive the UO glory days.

Although swimming in the ocean to raid ships in ArcheAge was a ton of fun.

I get tempted to reload a free UO shard every now and then. There are still ones out there with the right time frame and good populations.

But then I remember I have to macro again for a week, and no one else I know is on, and I stop.

Boom. Even if the entire TKV guild had a reunion, you need the reds, the blues, the thieves, NPKs, crafters, etc. You will not see the likes of that again on that scale.
