If you beat the DLCs before the main quest, do the DLCs reset or remain completed?

Dunno, I didn't get DLCs until I finished main, and haven't quite finished the TVH mode.

So for this gear-up things, is gear just lying around, or do you actually have to kill things?

Timer expired, but the instructions just said "Loot as normal."

Info from Orcz. Looks like they're all legendary, which means "you might not see this shit if you farm for a week." Certain items drop from specific enemies, too.

BL2 is taking a run at Diablo III for instance-based MMOG king, looks like. Diablo III reportedly has over 10 million in sales, dropped in May of '12. BL2, according to Gearbox, hit 5 million in sales on 31-Oct-2012. It was released in the middle of September last year. This is still nowhere near the all-time record holder, Sims 2 and Sims (at #1 and #2, respectively). How directing miniature avatars, virtually pissing, and baking cakes doubles or quadruples the sales of shooting things is beyond me.

Level cap increase confirmed.

I'm breaking from BL2 at the moment as I try to finish FarCry 3, but have every intention of getting back in to beat the new DLC that come out yesterday, and to begin my second playthrough.

Catt, Malcolm, and whomever else, be ready to fight some of these invincible monsters.

Anyone want to go through some DLC to help me level my Zer0? Otherwise, he's at the start of the 2nd playthrough, so all the shops suck. He needs new guns, at least.

I can probably be available 1 or 2 weeknights (M-Th), starting around 8:45pm, but I have to plan at least a day in advanced.

Monday and Thursday I can actually do, seeing as how now one else here's going to help me level up my goddamned Zer0. I just beat "Best Minion Ever" mission with the non-Zer0 characters just to get them through Sanctuary. Going through that solo in TVH would feel tedious as shit. My weapons are shitty enough to maybe warrant using a couple keys when he gets to Sanctuary.

Loadout:

Zer0: lvl 35, $125.198 (apparently there's just never shit to spend it on)
pistol: green explosive 33 (isn't doing shit in the TVH pirate DLC)
smg: blue 31
sniper: green corrosive 34 (isn't doing shit in the TVH pirate DLC)
shotgun: green corrosive 28
rifle: blue 28
launcher: purple explosive 24
grenade: purple corrosive 30
shield: purple 31
mod: green 30
relic: blue 27

The snipey (best weapon I have according to level/colour) is barely denting the first pirate mini-boss. Nothing (rifle, launcher, shotty) hits for more DPS. The lack of fire weapons hurts, too. All the shops in the game suck up until Sanctuary.

EDIT: Oh yeah (good until 21-Jan):

Anyone ever figure out if there's the equivalent of a second playthrough for any DLC? Can't even google the answer to that.

EDIT: It's looking like the answer is pretty much "no." DLC quests can be done once, whether it's the first playthrough or second, your call.
