I think the idea is to make people forget that almost every terrorist for the last 20 years has been muslim. Don't want any profiling.

Are we writing to unfairly stereotype, or writing what we know? We know we have patriotic Muslim neighbors such as those who gathered in Washington on May 14 to protest terrorism; we also know that other Muslims across the world were cheering when our Twin Towers came crashing down.

Looks like more info for your 7/14 post on the front page. Why is it I have to find out about a Muslim anti-terrorism march in an off-hand comment on an unrelated commentary?

Oh, the May 14 gathering in Washington... as I recall, a ridiculously low number of muslims showed up. Less than 100? And IIRC, there are more muslims in the United States than there are in Afghanistan.
