I figured out his tech issue.
Shockingly, it's not the mac. He took it over to his girlfriend's and was playing over there the last few nights. Well, she has AT&T U-verse...and there you go.
I've told him he needs to get that fixed before joining us in game again. I'm also working on getting him a game registered through Steam so we can avoid the chat BS.
P.S. I figured the second chat window was a bitch fest about him. (I mean, it was either about him or me, why else would there be a second chat? Particularly due to Scooty's reaction to it.) FYI, it's FAR, FAR more irritating to me because he's linked to our LoL games through me. Every second we wait on him and every time he drops, pisses me off to no end because it fucks us as a team, and limits the number of games we can fit into a night. However, Randy and Scooty can attest that the guy can play the game...but honestly, that fact pisses me off even more. I mean seriously, we wait two weeks for him to get a mic, how many weeks will we wait before he registers a game so he can do chat right, and now the internet issues.
Frustrating to say the least.

Tech support for Corki
The second chat window wasn't a bitch fest. It was Randy hitting on me.
The only thing said privately about Corki was me saying, "I hate it when it takes 40 minutes to launch a game," and Cake saying, "Yup."
But besides that it was all me being sexually harassed.

Honestly, I believe you...EVERY WORD.
However, at the time, I was pretty livid. Not at you guys, but at him. I wouldn't have minded if he had connection issues. That doesn't bug me. I've had that happen. Cake and Scooty have had that happen. It happens. But combine it with all the other shit, and...I don't know...last night was especially irritating to me. I just want to play, and that's just a black cloud of annoyance hanging over everyone's head.
And listen, I know you guys are being patient. I appreciate that. I'm efforting to get him straightened out before he joins us again.

I just sent him this:
If you have anything to add, please let me know.
Good, although to be 100% fair, he's not a complete disaster. It's not like we haven't had chat, disconnection, or interesting play issues before.
I was thinking about his gameplay last night while trying to distract myself from the fact that I wanted to choke him to death, and I think "an AI player we have full control of" suits his current play style rather well.
Here are some things for you to do and try:
1. Get on Steam and buy a game. There are 490+ games for $5 and under. Hopefully, this will help solve your chat issues, and you can join chats normally without us having to quit the chats we're in.
2. Take your computer back to your place and play random 5v5s (not against bots) and see if it drops anymore. You could even get into chat with us, even though you'd be playing in a different game, just to simulate the same conditions exactly.
2a. If things go wrong, and the same stuff happens, it's your computer. If not...
3. Take the computer back to Debbie's the next night and do the same thing again.
3a. If the problems reappear, it's her internet.
If you have anything to add, please let me know.
I probably speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate the fact you are aware of the issue.

Actually, the window started with "you playing tonight?". It was just left open. Scooty got invited to that one because it was on top after saying 'yup'.
As far as him being able to play the game. . . I would like to see some improvement with his team play abilities. As stated in chat last night, he's not very good at following a lead. You start an attack on a lone player thinking you're going to get him in a 2 v 1. Then as the guy is at half health and getting away, you notice Garin spinning in circles killing minions. When I see Steve para someone, I know to follow up immediately with an attack. Corky's missing that. He seems oblivious to the flow of the fights. He might be able to hold a turret against two attackers, but he needs real improvement in the team fighting parts.
That being said, I'm concerned about his account level compared to his playing level. They aren't equal. Other level 12 players are far more skilled than he is. This is going to hurt us when the game matches us with other players. So, I propose he starts a new account.
He doesn't have a lot invested as far as IP goes and I don't think he's spent any real cash. So he'll have to play free characters again till he can afford to buy Garin. I'd even be willing to play those games for him. Start a new account, play some games real quick, buy Garin and give him name/password. That way, his playing level matches his account level.
Lastly, I will add that he doesn't feed any more, which is huge. Not helping much is one thing, but hurting by feeding is unacceptable! So, he's better, but still has a little ways to go.

Could not agree more, but I think this will come with time. I think we have a bit of advantage over him due to our experience together and the UO combat similarities.
He needs to learn to speak up more when he's going agro, and does need to learn to follow up our actions. That being said, I like that we can leave him in a lane unattended.
By the way, don't judge what he's doing on the past two nights. Half the time he had no idea what his character was doing because he had disconnected. I think somehow the AI takes over(?). I don't know. I just know that he's fought better previously. I don't remember getting pissed because he was just standing there prior to these disconnect issues.

You are welcome to ask him to abandon 6K+ in IP.
I noticed his level last night. I have no idea how he got so high so quickly. Something to ask him I guess.

I would abandon it, if the team needed me to.
It would be funny if we all did. Then we could be the douche bags that start new accounts to play lower level people that we can steam roll!
But seriously, I would walk away from my account if it meant us getting more even matches. I don't have a need for a lot of IP. I bought the two characters I'm having fun with pretty quickly. I have over 12k IP right now. And that's after buying all the runes I have.
