Been catching a few minutes of the confirmation hearings for the past few days. I swear this woman has a penis because every question thrown to her by a Democrat is a fucking blowjob. It's a depressing as all hell day when I'm forced to side intellectually w\ the likes of Orrin Hatch.

& holy shit, for the group of people that run the most powerful country in the world, they look old, confused, slow, & run down. What the fuck happened to the days when Congressmen would beat the shit out of each other on the floor?

& Arlen Specter is now pretending he knows what it's like to be female & Hispanic. Arlen Specter. The dude who's picture could be next to "The Man" entry in the encyclopedia, sitting in a room historically dominated by white, Christian, heterosexual, property-owning males, is saying that we need diversity. Makes you wonder why he doesn't resign & support a minority candidate.

I'm not hitting a case-by-case basis at the moment, but I'll run thru some of her more annoying decisions tomorrow (or today or whatever). For such an obvious activist, she was extremely reserved in her responses. Most of what I caught her saying amounted to, "It's not the place of the judiciary to legislate policy." Damned if you'd know it.

& they had David fucking Cone giving her credit for ENDING THE BASEBALL STRIKE. For the love of fucking god. Yeah, the players, owners, & other thousands of people involved in that process had nothing to do w\ it.

I have yet to hear a satisfactory explanation of why the hell she decided that.
