Every one of those except the languages one. But I did have a Partner once ask about whether we should do something in Java or ASP (this was 1999). I said ASP. He asked why. I said, cuz otherwise, you'd have to get an entirely different set of developers on this projects, cuz all the ones we had only did ASP. And, he understood that.

At Gateway, after we were outsourced to Keane, I started having to account for my time in 15 minute intervals to 4 different levels of the hierarchy, twice a day. It got to the point where I had to start recording "time management reports" in chunks of time on my time management reports. Management was not pleased.

Every time I am forced to fill out timesheets, I record 1 hour a week to administrative time.

5 minutes to do it, 55 minutes to be pissed off at it.

I've set up a streaming cam on my front door for Hurricane Ike. It's not a very good view, but it's the best I can do with only 10 feet of USB cable to work with.
