A few years ago I tried to get to that.... I was in Memphis at the time.... but my darned doctor insisted I get more chemotherapy that weekend.

We *might* be gong to see Leaves' Eyes again in a few months.................... I think I'm gettign a little tired of the metal concert scene in general, though. I need to try it with people who are more fun sometime. I usually just go with my wife.

I'd also go see Dethklok if they were near, though.

Apparently there's a prog rock festival in Chapel Hill at the end of August. I'm tempted to go, although I'm afraid they hippy factor might be too much.

My problem is.... that I just don't like other people all that much, much less want to jam in tight with them to listen to music. It's always a trade-off with me.... "do I want to see this band enough to tolerate other people?"
